Business Development Manager
The primary focus of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to engage and consult with their Dealer Partners to drive 100% solicitation of every retail customer by a professionally trained Financial Services Manager whose goal is to create maximum potential departmental income consistent with the highest level of customer satisfaction, and ethical business practices. In addition, the BDM will continually develop and grow the production of the Finance and Insurance (F&I) product suite in pursuit of achieving business objectives.
