Windshield Dispatcher 

We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Windshield Dispatcher. This role is responsible for coordinating windshield repair and replacement services, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining excellent communication with technicians, customers, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch windshield repair and replacement jobs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate job assignments and timely service
• Coordinate with vendors to order necessary parts and materials
• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending jobs
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations
• Provide updates to customers regarding service status and estimated completion times
• Assist with inventory management for windshields and related supplies
• Address customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve service efficiency

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
• Previous experience in dispatching, automotive service coordination, or a related field is preferred

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in automotive service, scheduling, or dispatching is a plus

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
