• Must have 3+ years of automotive sales experience—not just talking, closing
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish speakers move to the front of the line)
• Track record of crushing monthly sales goals
• Strong follow-up game and relentless closing mentality
• Self-motivated, confident, and fearless on the floor
• Professional, persuasive, and performance-driven
• Reliable transportation to work
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED

🔥 Schedule

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: CLOSED — time to recharge and get ready to dominate again
